OSCE Dermatology
Many dermatology OSCE stations hand you a photograph and ask what you see, what it is and what you would do. This course trains that way of thinking. Each station gives you a clinical photograph and a short brief, then takes you through three to six questions in the order an examiner would ask them: describe the lesion, interpret the findings, make the diagnosis, then choose the investigation or management. You answer one step at a time and get feedback after each, explaining why that feature matters, so you build the habit of reasoning from the picture rather than guessing the name. Patients are shown with skin types common in Sri Lanka, because many conditions look different on brown skin from how they appear in most textbooks. Stations are written from standard dermatology references and reviewed before they are published. The photographs are AI-generated illustrations and are labelled as such.
